Lisa Stanbridge
Lisa Stanbridge is an international award-winning author of sweet contemporary romance and romantic comedies. She guarantees an escape from reality, a few shed tears, and definitely a happily ever after. She has been writing ever since she could string sentences together, evolving from princesses in castles, to angsty teens, and finally settling on real people going through real struggles. She’s been shortlisted in many contests and even won some!
Her biggest award is for her debut novel, Abandoned Hearts, which won ‘Best First Book’ in the Koru Award of Excellence, run by Romance Writers of New Zealand. When she’s not writing, Lisa works full time as a Software Tester. She reads anything she can sink her teeth into, and loves binging on TV shows, especially the British ones. Lisa loves lazy days at the beach reading or writing, but rarely swimming, and loves spending time with her husband and her friends.
