The Practical Guide Series provides practical tips and guidance to enable the reader to apply self-transformational change in themselves and their lives. • How to manage your life so that your relationships improve, with yourself and with others.
• How you can become the person you wish to be, whether in changing habits, behaviours you want to change, releasing negative beliefs, thoughts, and emotions.
• How to take charge of yourself and affect change within and without (in the world around you)
• How to improve your health and wellbeing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual
• How to heal yourself and find your own unique self-healing pathway to peace and purpose
Although this theme will continue, the different books are separate in their own right. Thus, they do not need to be read in any particular order.
