Niki Bonfield

Niki Bonfield is a counsellor, art therapist, and writer whose late autism diagnosis reshaped how she sees herself and the world. 


After hitting rock bottom, writing became a way to externalise the internal, a quiet reckoning with pain, identity, and healing.
