Brett Cole
Brett Cole was born in Nambour, Queensland but now lives in the southwest of Western Australia. Formerly a printer, he went on to gain a Bachelor of Arts in English and Comparative Literature and Philosophy, before becoming a teacher. He now works as a disability support worker and strives toward finding purpose and ways to have his dreams, wishes and passions evolve.
The Pink Bubble
When Brett Cole was 17 he was involved in a traumatic incident that would send repercussions into and throughout the rest of his life. Some two decades in the writing, his book ‘The Pink Bubble’ represents a journey of youthful abandon, misadventure, atonement and acceptance of what one brings to life and what life can become via the experiences we embrace.
