Helen C Kelly
Helen has a lot of life experiences and interests, she uses some of these in her books. Helen Has lived in various parts of the country and now calls North Yorkshire home where she lives with her husband and her youngest daughter and her dog. Helen is a member of the Romantic Novelists' Association in April 2024 Helen took on a volunteer Role within the RNA as their Membership Secretary. Helen is also a Member of the Society of Authors and Promoting Yorkshire Authors. Helen also reviews theatre shows for the Northern Arts Review. She self published her first book A Special Place in 2023 and has since published three more Greengrove Books. She also writes under a Pen named Sophia Grange where she writes spicier romance books of which she is in the middle of publishing her third.

Greengrove is a fictional village in the North of England where everyone knows everyone and newcomers don't move in that often. It has a canal running through it as well as a DR surgery, village school, community centre pub and restaurant. The villagers love to gossip but most of the time it is harmless. Each of the books focuses on one story and although the villagers are involved in each story they can be read as stand-alone as well as a series. They are written in the first person and from both the male and female point of view.
